Frequenly Asked Questions
You can always create a non-binding personal my FBSB account. If you have been in contact with your regional manager the account will be activated as soon as possible. If your account is not yet activated after a day it is best to contact us.
In 12-courses we cover all the material of a subject. We attempt to synchronize this with the program of the university. This is why times and {{inhoud}} {{are completely planned.}} Our regular group lessons are completely customizable and useful if you want to get more explanation on a specific subject with a few others.
The location of the lessons depends on what kind of tutoring you are participating in. All lessons (except 12-courses) can be planned in agreement with your Personal Tutor. Usually, this is close to your university. We choose the best location for 12-courses in advance. When possible this will be in the university and otherwise in a {{classroom}} close by.
As soon as you have been coupled to a Personal Tutor you can plan all lessons (except 12-courses) to your wishes. Our Personal Tutors still study themselves which makes them very flexible. They can often arrange lessons at weekends or evenings. The 12-courses are at the pre-specified times and places. It is not possible to change these times.
When you participate in one of our 12-courses or if you want to utilize one of our {{thesisbegeleidingspakketten}}, you have to pay the full amount in advanced. You can pay this in our shop via Ideal or with your credit card. We ask you to (digitally) sign a SEPA-form if you choose to utilize our other forms of tutoring. At the start of every month, you will receive an invoice with an overview of all the lessons of the previous month {{and the amount that we will automatically collect.}} You don't have to do anything for this yourself.
